Easy Ritz Cracker Chicken

What you'll need :

• 4 boneless chicken breasts
• two packages of Ritz Crackers
( one package if you don't want a lot of crunch)
• 1stick of UnSalted butter
• minced onions
•zip lock bag

Preheat your oven to 350
While the oven is pre heating, Melt your stick of butter and slice up your chicken to tenders. ( you are welcome to keep them whole as well, however we made tenders)
Put your Ritz crackers in the zip lock bag and crunch them up.
Add you chicken to the zip lock bag as well as your melted butter.
Throw in a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and a pinch of minced Onions.
Shake the chicken up until covered in the crackers.
Don't forget to spray your baking pan!
Cook your chicken for 35minutes
And enjoy!

These pair great with some steamed veggies :: a favorite between J and myself

Why I haven't been blogging..

I'm sure you may have noticed that I've been quiet here in Blog Land..
Well, I decided to take a short break from blogging because..
I have started my own small business!

Say what?!?!

I had the idea many moons ago, and well finally decided to put my idea to use.

I've created a company called
'Southern Girl Scrubs'

I am in the beginning stages and well I just plan on selling an item that I enjoy making, experimenting with as well as using for myself and my family. If this is successful then that's awesome! If I do not turn this into something permanent.. Well at least I tried, right?!

I'm so excited to get everything in order and I'm very close to having everything ready to open up shop! For now, I'll take orders through email, and either Cash or checks (for those local to me) and credit cards/ Debit Cards using Pay Pal! ( locals can also use my Pay Pal account)

I'm looking for a few bloggers to send my product to, write full honest reviews and possibly host a giveaway!
If you are interested, please Email me at the provided email below!
